By accessing or using GemBid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. GemBid reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided through the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use GemBid. Jeweler accounts require additional business verification before listing items.
All bids are binding. Winning bidders are required to complete payment within the designated payment window. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and the lot being offered to the next eligible bidder.
Jewelers agree to accurately represent their items, ship won lots within the agreed timeframe, and honor all sales. GemBid charges a platform fee on completed sales as described in the seller agreement.
Users may not engage in bid manipulation, shill bidding, listing counterfeit items, or any other fraudulent activity. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
GemBid is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or condition of items sold. Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be raised through our support team.
