GemBid collects information you provide when creating an account, placing bids, listing items, or contacting us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, payment information (processed securely by Stripe), and business details for jeweler accounts.
We use your information to operate the marketplace, process transactions, send transaction-related notifications, verify jeweler accounts, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share limited information with service providers necessary to operate GemBid — including Stripe for payments, shipping carriers for delivery, and email providers for notifications. Jeweler business names and verified status are visible to buyers on the platform.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure cookie flags, and access controls. Payment card data is never stored on our servers — it is handled exclusively by Stripe.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@gembid.io. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
GemBid uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
For privacy-related questions, contact us at privacy@gembid.io or visit our Contact page.
